We stand behind our products with a full 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% thrilled with the products for any reason, simply return the products and we will refund you the full purchase price.
Additionally, we are so confident in the craftsmanship and manufacturing of these products that we offer a full 12 month replace or repair guarantee that applies to any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
Instructions for Returning Products within 60 Days for a Refund
1) Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Attach a copy of your original invoice
- Provide your contact information along with the reason you wish to return the product
2) Within 1 – 2 business days you will receive a response back from us providing you with an RMA number
3) Box up the equipment that you intend to return. On the outside of the box write in LARGE letters the RMA number that was provided to you.

Note : We will not accept any shipment that does not have the RMA Number written in Large Print on the top of the box.
4) Once we receive the returned product and verify all components are included, we will either credit the card that was used for the purchase, or we will issue a company check for the entire purchase price. The processing typically take only 1–2 business days.
5) The item must be returned with all parts and accessories to insure full credit.
To return a defective product
1) Take a picture of the failure mechanism on the product.
2) Email the picture along with your original invoice to email@example.com
3) Once we confirm via the picture and invoice that the product is defective and that it is within the 12 month replace/repair period, we will send specific instructions on how and where to return the product.
4) When we receive the product back, we will make a decision regarding a repair or exchange. We will then promptly get the product back to you. The turn around time is typically 7–21 days.
5) The item must be returned with all parts and accessories.
